Westhouse Hotel

Among the best luxury hotels in Midtown Manhattan, WestHouse Hotel is a 172-room townhouse concept that embraces its clientele as if they were invited as personal houseguests. Paying homage to the hotel’s original build date of 1920, the brand evokes a bygone era in hospitality, when no detail was left untended and decadent glamour was paramount. Interiors by Jeffrey Beers International Stunning artwork and images are inspired by Carnegie Hall and celebrated Hollywood actors and celebrities.

TINY DETAILS, HUGE IMPRESSIONs

The branding continues to evoke 1920s glamour – yet blends the glamorous inspiration with a fresh modernity that is uniquely WestHouse. Bespoke details such as the logo’s intricate crest-work & Deco-inspired font speak to the era’s regal influence, paired with our custom Deco chevron pattern. Business cards are printed on stunning, thick cardstock with silver foiling, gilded edges & Touché velvet lamination that mimics flower pedals to the touch. With their horizontal layouts, the notecard & envelope were concepted in a more traditional, old school fashion while the “Do Not Disturb” signs are embellished with luxurious rope, deco borders, and take a more speak easy approach with vintage illustrations that symbolize whether your room needs tidying up or not.

JOURNEY BACK

We concepted & executed the celebrated “Journey Back” Ad to embody the unique ethos of the hotel and pay homage to the way hospitality once was. The campaign’s big idea was a woman’s suitcase from the 1920s that, when upon opening, delightfully revealed impeccably arranged touches of home - speaking to WestHouse’s ethos of blending thoughtful hospitality with stylish hints of the past.

We also directed and produced a “Making Of” video for the campaign that went viral on various social media channels.

BEHIND THE SCENES

Multiple masters of their craft came together to perfect this Ad. Each item was individually hung & styled by fish wiring, to be later compiled & edited in post. The martini spilling was created by modelmaker & resin extraordinaire, Suzanne Couture.
